


They are a directing duo and longtime friends. On one side, Rodrigo Villanueva is a young and versatile writer deeply passionate about pop culture, with extensive experience in managing audiovisual projects. He has worked in the creation and development of narrative and advertising content. Alongside directing advertising, he is currently developing the feature films Namasté and Gatomika, and recently finished writing on a series for Fremantle Media.
Over the past year, he has collaborated with Joe Giordano, who has extensive experience as a screenwriter, producer, and director at Content (Terán\TBWA’s in-house production arm). He has created several award-winning short films such as Lalo & Santaclós and 72 Horas, co-wrote the pilot for the TV series Mexywood, and also wrote, produced, and directed the acclaimed and multi-award-winning feature film El Club de los Insomnes. He has also served as a lead creative writer at CANVAS Culture Driven Entertainment Studio. Currently, he is in the process of financing his second film.
